LOS ANGELES — Two men have been charged in connection with the murder of a rival gang member in a gang-motivated murder in August in South Los Angeles. Kody Townsend, a Rollin' 100s Neighborhood Crip, is charged with using an AR-style assault rifle to shoot and kill reformed rival gang member Reginald Foreman, a Rollin' 111s Crip.
