A man admitted today to driving under the influence with his 2-year-old son on his lap last year, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office announced.

Marion Henry Hall (dob 2/8/74) of Sherman Oaks pleaded no contest to one misdemeanor count each of driving with a blood alcohol content over .08 percent and child endangerment.

Hall was sentenced to three years of probation and was ordered to complete a three-month residential alcohol treatment program and to attend one year of parenting classes, under the terms of a negotiated plea agreement. Additionally, his driver’s license was suspended for six months.

Deputy District Attorney Lisa Tanner prosecuted case GA104487.

Hall, who is an actor, was driving in Burbank with his son on his lap on Oct. 3, 2018, when his automobile swerved and crashed into a parked vehicle.

The case was investigated by the Burbank Police Department.
