TORRANCE, CA — Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan J. Hochman announced today that former Torrance Police Department officers Christopher Tomsic and Cody Weldin pleaded guilty to felony vandalism for spray painting a victim’s vehicle with a swastika in January 2020.
