August 28, 2015: Ontario Man to be Arraigned for Anti-Vaccination Tagging

A 28-year-old man is scheduled to be arraigned today on charges he sprayed anti-vaccination graffiti in the Beverly Hills area and Interstate 10, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office announced.

Marlon Brian Andrino (dob 10/12/86) of Ontario was charged on Aug. 14 with three felony counts of vandalism with over $400 damage, graffiti, in case SA091047.

Arraignment is scheduled in Department W30 of the Los Angeles County Superior Court, Airport Branch.

Andrino is accused of tagging the message “4 Every Kid Afflicted A Public Figure Will Die SB277” on freeway onramps, West Hollywood City Hall and the Beverly Hills Visitor’s Center on July 1, prosecutors said. SB 277 is legislation recently signed into California law mandating certain vaccinations for children.

If convicted as charged, the defendant faces a possible maximum sentence of four years and four months in county jail.

The case remains under investigation by the Beverly Hills Police Department.
