A Glendora man is scheduled to be arraigned today on two counts of capital murder in the fatal stabbing of two homeless men whose bodies were discovered near a Glendora car wash early Thursday, the District Attorney’s Office announced.

While in New York, the four stayed at exclusive hotels, dined at fine restaurants and attended Broadway hit shows at taxpayer expense.
