A man was charged today with driving under the influence with his 2-year-old son on his lap, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office announced.

Marion Henry Hall (dob 2/8/74) of Sherman Oaks faces one felony count of child abuse and one misdemeanor count each of driving under the influence of an alcoholic beverage and driving with a .08 percent blood alcohol content.

Arraignment in case GA104487 is scheduled tomorrow in Department 1 of the Los Angeles County Superior Court, Burbank Branch.

Hall, who is an actor, was allegedly driving in Burbank with his son on his lap on Oct. 3, prosecutors said. The defendant’s vehicle was reportedly swerving and crashed into a parked vehicle, prosecutors added.

If convicted as charged, Hall faces a possible maximum sentence of six years in state prison. Bail is requested at $100,000.

The case remains under investigation by the Burbank Police Department.
