September 12, 2019: Santa Clarita Man Charged with Taking Upskirt Photos

A Santa Clarita man is scheduled to be arraigned today on charges of taking photos up the skirts of four women, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office announced.

Sebastian Barrales Raymundo (dob 12/15/97) faces four misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct by secretly photographing the undergarments of another.

Arraignment is scheduled this afternoon in Department 1 of the Los Angeles County Superior Court, Santa Clarita Branch. Case 9SC03231 was filed on Sept. 5.

He allegedly took the surreptitious photos, including one of a student at a college campus in Santa Clarita, between April and June. The defendant was a student and worked for the college.

If convicted as charged, he faces up to two years in jail.

The case remains under investigation by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, Parks Bureau.
