October 10, 2018: Man Charged with Peeking at Women in College Bathrooms

A man was charged today with following women into bathrooms at a college in Glendora and peeking at them, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office announced.

Phillip Joseph Osuna III (dob 6/16/93) of Covina faces four misdemeanor counts of unauthorized invasion of privacy, peeking.

Arraignment in case 8WC06797 is scheduled today in Department 7 of the Los Angeles County Superior Court, West Covina Branch.

Osuna is charged with peeking at four women in bathrooms at Citrus College between Aug. 30 and Sept. 20, prosecutors said.

If convicted as charged, the defendant faces a possible maximum sentence of two years in jail.

The case remains under investigation by the Glendora Police Department.
