A Norwalk man has been charged with displaying his genitalia to two female pedestrians last year, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office announced.

Dong Hyun Huh (dob 4/20/71) has been charged with two misdemeanor counts of indecent exposure in case 8BL01564.

The defendant is scheduled to be arraigned today in Department 4 of the Los Angeles County Superior Court, Bellflower Branch.

Prosecutors said on Sept. 15, 2017, Huh allegedly exposed his penis to two separate women in Cerritos and Artesia.

On March 5, prosecutors filed a case for warrant. The next day, Huh was taken into custody and later posted bond.

If convicted as charged, the defendant faces a maximum possible sentence of two years in local custody. He also would have to register as a sex offender.

The case is being investigated by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
