Proposed Housing Site Announced for
Sexually Violent Predator Christopher Hubbart;
Public Comment Period Opens

Santa Clara County Superior Court Judge Gilbert Brown announced today (April 4, 2014) that sexually violent predator Christopher Hubbart could potentially live at 20315 East Avenue R in unincorporated Palmdale when he is conditionally released.

Judge Brown scheduled a public hearing on the proposed housing location for Wednesday, May 21, in San Jose.  There is no date scheduled for Hubbart’s release.

The public has until Friday, May 16, to submit written comments to Judge Brown by emailing the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office at HubbartLASafetyTaskForce@da.lacounty.gov or by writing to:
