will not take live testimony from
members of the public at that time. However, the public comments

court on that date.

District Attorney Jackie Lacey confirmed today that the property owner of
the Lake Los Angeles residence that was slated to house convicted
serial rapist Christopher Hubbart has withdrawn the property from
County Judge Gilbert Brown announced in October that convicted
serial rapist Christopher Hubbart tentatively will be housed at
17132 Laredo Vista in Lake Los Angeles after he is released

Judge Brown will hold a public hearing on Hubbart’s proposed
residence at the Santa Clara County Court, Department 32, 190 West Hedding Street, Fourth Floor, San Jose. Anyone wishing to address
Judge Brown directly will be allowed to speak at the Dec. 4 hearing.
